You can make your dreams come true. I believe that you can have anything you really want - if you really want it and so long as it doesn't disadvantage or hurt another person.
What have you done today to make your dreams come true?
Nothing? Well, you're not the only one - but it doesn't need to be that way. Most of us just tend to accept our lot in life without question. We believe that the job we have, and the way we live is somehow set in stone. We don't change anything, so nothing changes. Even when we start to wish for change we usually undermine ourselves by our thoughts and inappropriate actions.
Most of the problems people have are because they have been conditioned to thinking that life is a struggle; hard work and pain is the best that can be hoped for. This is just not true - you can have what you want; you can be who you want, all you have to do is dream well and believe in your dreams. The greatest issue are the dream-stealers all around you; these are usually well-meaning people who believe that struggle, hard work and pain is what everybody gets and they don't want you to be disappointed!
But everybody has dreams and you can make your dreams come true.
Let me give you a specific example:
Some time ago, my car was on its last legs and I had no immediate way of replacing it. I had seen a new model that was just so beautiful that I knew I must have one. What I did was tell myself continuously that I would have that car without any doubt. I looked at every similar car in the street; I got the brochures and sat in one. I just knew I would have one soon. I started to tell everyone I could that I was about to have one of those cars and despite some derision I was not put off.
And guess what - shortly after that I was promoted at work and my new company car was exactly the car I wanted!!
So your dreams can come true. You must know exactly what you want or intend to happen and then commit to it in your heart.
What you must do then is spend time each day thinking about your intention to create something new in your life. You can write it down, put a picture on the wall, recite it aloud, memorize it vividly, visualize it happening, sing it, express it poetically, blog about it, discuss it with other people, meditate on it, or pray for it. Some people set up a screen-saver with the thought encapsulated on it.
Do whatever feels right to you, but you must create some positive thought energy around your desire. You can ask the universe or the cosmos or your guardian angel to "make it so" in whatever way you feel is right for your own belief system.
You don't need to do anything physically unless you feel it is right to do so. Allow the universe to handle the how and the when, and don't be concerned with the way in which the request will be delivered. Just focus on what you have asked for but stay above thinking how it will arrive (we usually are best at describing how things won't happen). Be alert for new opportunities that may come into your life as a result of this request, especially within the first 48 hours. And when a new opportunity comes to you as a result of this intention, take advantage of it if you feel drawn to action.
